Global Diversity Group Inc., is a full-service marketing company with a focus on event management and public relations.  The company is located in Columbia, Maryland.  Founded in 2002, Global Diversity Group is wholly female/minority owned and operated.  We offer our clients national public and private client expertise coupled with exceptional customer support in the areas of event management, public relations, strategic planning, market research data collection, community outreach and promotional campaigns.  Our talented and highly skilled staff of professionals and consultants are well v ersed in managing marketing services for a diverse client base.  Global Diversity Group was built on the reputation of its President and CEO, Melodie Cunningham.  Ms. Cunningham has international experience in business development, event planning, market research, puiblic relations and that spans over thirty years.  She has worked in marketing for such companies as American Express in New York and Visa International in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Her accomplishments are a result of quality performance, responsiveness, excellent customer relations and innovative ideas.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:

 

The company offers services in event management, event planning, program/project management, public relations, marketing research in the area of data collection, and strategic marketing. We also offer special services for Small Businesses and Non Profits.

HISTORY:

Global Diversity Group has been in business for fifteen years.  Our staff consists of employees as well as contractors.  Global Diversity Group developed a national strategy for attracting African Americans (2002-2007) for Volvo Cars of North America for which it successfully implemented.  The company collected  passenger data for BWI Airport.  It has provided public relations support for Amalgamated Transit Union in Baltimore and assisted with the 40th anniversary in 2015 of the American Society of Interior Designers.  Prior to these clients we provided market research for the USDA in Delaware as well as event planning and outreach for American Cities Foundation in Philadelphia.
